Accessing Picture platform services constitutes agreement to these binding terms.

You represent being at least 13 years old with legal capacity to enter agreements.

All Picture platform content, features, and functionality are protected by intellectual property laws.

Picture provides digital solutions including application distribution, content delivery, and download management. We reserve rights to modify services as needed.

We partner with established technology providers for secure app delivery:

Third-party services operate under independent policies. Picture maintains no control over external practices but ensures download chain compliance.

Users commit to responsible application acquisition and sharing:

• Download exclusively from verified platform sources
• Comply with applicable marketplace regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of applications
• Report suspicious or harmful content immediately
• Maintain updated and secured devices

Platform members agree to conscientious engagement:

• Observe all applicable laws including download restrictions
• Refrain from disrupting operations or compromising security
• Safeguard account credentials and confidentiality
• Avoid transmitting harmful content or malicious code
• Use download services within reasonable limits

Picture Inc. disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from service usage including downloads.

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by users in the preceding twelve months.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon platform publication.

Material changes will be communicated via notifications and email when practicable.

Continued usage following modifications indicates acceptance of revised terms.

Download policies and partner agreements may be updated separately with clear marking.
